Meet our team

Philip Taylor

Senior Director

There is much about me in the various other pages of the website, so here I am going to tell you why I do the job the way I do and what drives me to do my best for all my customers.

When I was eleven years old, I was given the chance to learn a skill that would lead to a lifetime of making shoes.  I nearly lost that chance early on but some good people stood by me and helped me develope into the person I am today.  I am happy to put my trust in the team below, and I look forward to seeing them all develop their skills over the coming years.

It's really important to give people a chance, maybe even two or three, and I hope that my team will remember that as they progress through their careers, hopefully making shoes for our company for years to come
