The most important factor in being able to explain how I might be able to help a potential customer is to ask some of my customers to tell you a little of how I have been able to help them in the past. Some of these customers have required quite complex footwear to be made, whilst others were more straight forward and nearer to the shop shoes they were used to. In all cases though we still have tried to match their expectation with footwear they are proud to wear and that have helped them in their quest for better comfort, mobility and quality of life.
