The Process

We have developed a method of making strong yet flexible orthotic insoles which are designed to give support and comfort.

The experience of making orthopaedic footwear gives us a unique insight into how best to make orthotics that will fit within the customers own footwear. We have developed a range of skills and expertise that enable us to provide a unique service.

So here is how we do it ?

The foot is placed in the corrected position ithin the casting box. this ensures that the resulting cast reflects the way the foot should perform with the help of the insole.
